Mac G5 Wont Boot and Fan Is Loud

[SOLVED] On start-up mainframe devotee and in-take fan will start, stop , then go skyward once more. PC testament boot up. Is this sane, or a sign of something to come?

On bug out-up, cpu fan and in-involve fan wish start, stop (for a second) (cpu fan rgb will decamp, same with gpu rgb i believe), and then start sprouted once again (cpu sports fan/gpu rgb will light up again--i dont have any other rgb on). PC will reboot up normally with fans spinning normally. But that brief stop, is that normal operating theatre a sign of something to come? I'm unsure if my PC was e'er starting upfield this way and only just noticed it forthwith. PC is about a calendar month old (newegg in-house pre-built pc).

Any insight will be helpful.

that is normal, its the bios handing control to Windows, my exhaust fans start/closure/start all startup

Non sure some rgb, all of mine stays connected during inauguration. it has hardware and computer software profiles so that makes sentience, IT used ironware colors until windows starts Icue. its possible that is also the same reason, an app you use to run rgb takes finished at startup

Not trustworthy about rgb, all of mine stays on during startup. IT has hardware and computer software profiles so that makes horse sense, it used computer hardware colors until windows starts Icue. its possible that is also the synoptical reason, an app you use to run rgb takes over at inauguration
